Phalanx House was established decades ago by Iago Maguire. Located in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans, Phalanx House is the home to people with abilities who do not have the means to go to Primrose Academy and are not a danger to themselves or others. Phalanx Home homes all people who need a place to go and has a cover of a group home. The building itself is three stories high, surrounded by hanging moss and iron wrought gates. Residents are able to come and go as they please so long as they never tell outsiders about what happens in the home. The first floor of the home contains a simple living room, dining space, kitchen, and library. There is a master staircase in the living room that leads to the second floor.
The second floor contains all of the personal bedrooms of the residents and staff of Phalanx.
The third floor is where you will find the classrooms and training areas for the residents to learn how to use their abilities. These areas are controlled environments that offer people a safe place to practice.
The people at Phalanx House will tell you that if you want the best view of New Orleans, you'll get it from the roof of their house. Being in the French Quarter certainly has its perks.
